WELCOME TO MY NEW SITE!
Introducing: NOTESFROMMARG.COM!
I no longer need to use blogspot in the name. My old name was not available, but I like my new name cause that's what this is...notes from me! And of course, the musical reference of "notes" is quite appropriate!
I'm putting my family's picture up again, so I can touch on each of them and what they are up to right now. Our oldest son, Hyperion, lives with us and is pursuing his writing. Landon lives in Atlanta and is almost finished with law school. Saralyn lives in Nashville and works in the world of business marketing, in a job so complicated I STILL can't understand it all. And Jaime lives with us, works here in town and sings whenever she gets the chance. They are all funny, very intelligent, and doing absolutely nothing about giving me a grandchild. (son/daughter-in-law first, of course)
Jim is working for a sign company but hasn't stopped hoping God will let him pastor again. We both miss the ministry. I miss being a pastor's wife and church music director. We don't understand this time of waiting, but must keep busy to survive. I'm now looking for piano students and playing around town in retirement centers.
So, that's the current status on the Marshalls. Our best times right now are getting together as a family. With all six of us laughing and entertaining each other, it's lots of fun. We enjoy books, movies, sudoku & crosswords, several of us like cooking, and ALL of us love being together.

I'm glad you got your own name. I am proud how well you have taken to this. I cannot currently see the piano, so I'm going to have to look into that for you soon.
